After using and removing the sandpaper, there is a little residue on the surface. How can I easily remove it?
Apply Naphtha to clean and dry cloth, do not use paper towels or pour onto L-Beam. Rub the wetted area of the cloth on areas where adhesive removal is needed. Rewet as needed. Once the adhesive has been removed, finish by wiping the entire L-Beam down with a different clean and dry cloth. Make sure to follow directions on the Naphtha container and use the suggested personal protective equipment (PPE).
How Do you clean any metal buildup in the Diamond S-File?”
To clean the MN850, use a brush with brass bristles and gently brush the diamond channels to remove any materials that may be stuck in the diamonds.
How Much Pressure should I put on the tracers?
Normal pressure is needed, just be careful not to apply too much pressure. The cushioned abrasive cuts with the abrasive crystal tips. The sharp cutting edges are floating on a resilient matrix. Extreme pressure pushes the tips back into the matrix rendering them ineffective.
