Tom has had a love of all things guitar from as far back as he can remember but always had a habit of taking things apart to learn how they work and then put them back together. This lent itself perfectly to building and working on all things guitar. As Tom likes to describe it ‘My job is to break things until they can’t be broken anymore’.  

Having been General Manager and learnt to build at Vanquish Guitars in the UK in 2012 and then being the Workshop manager at Peach Guitars for 5 years he’s been lucky to see an awful lot of guitars! Tom was asked to cover some dates for Bloc Party in 2019 and hasn’t looked back since, having toured the world with numerous artists since then and helped build entire new touring rigs for some of them (which is where his passion really lies) he’s been pretty much non-stop. 

So whether it’s fitting new transformers in amplifiers in a hotel room on a day off or designing a new guitar model there’s not much he hasn’t come across!
