Sam has been involved with music ever since he learned to walk. From an early age he picked up many instruments and evolved within different genres, including studying classical oboe for over 10 years. At this time he also picked up bass, drums, and guitar. Sam also grew up playing in local bands in the DMV punk scene. These contrasting worlds of classical and punk music brought versatility to Sam’s musical career. He then went on to study Music Business/Management at Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. During his time at Berklee, he learned the ropes of live events & tour management while having the opportunity to perform with orchestras & world-renowned acts such as Dream Theater. During his studies at Berklee, Sam started to repair & setup guitars for his fellow colleagues. After countless referrals, he started his own business dedicated to guitar repair. After graduating from Berklee, Sam moved down to Nashville, Tennessee to start touring full time. Sam is currently on the road guitar teching for Miranda Lambert along with other artists in Nashville and beyond!
